Application
This machine is mainly used for rubber to be plasticized, mixed, warmed and sheeting of rubber, etc.
Structure Feature
The machine consists of rollers, bearings, frame, press cover, transmission device, electric motor nip adjuster, lubrication device, temperature regulator of rollers, emergency stop device and braking device, etc. The transmission is directly conducted by the main motor, which drives reducer, then the two coupling make the two rollers run. The speed of rollers is adjustable and can be direct showed on the control panel. Rollers are protected by a safety shim and lubricated through a grease pump.
